Dear colleagues,

 

This is a gentle reminder regarding the European Space Weather Week 2023, which will be held in Toulouse, France 20-24 November 2023. The deadline for submission of abstracts, topical discussion meetings and financial support is 29 June 2023, included (i.e. this Thursday!).

ESWW2023 FINANCIAL SUPPORT (DAC only)

Financial support can be provided to a limited number of participants from DAC-listed countries and students (PhD, Msc, Bsc). More details and instructions are available here:

ESWW2023 E-SWAN SCHOOL & EARLY-CAREER FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Financial support will be provided to 20 early-career scientists/engineers selected to attend the E-SWAN Space-Weather school in the form of free accommodation and registration fee waivers (new!) for both the E-SWAN school and the ESWW 2023:

ESWW2023 REGISTRATION OPEN

ESWW2023 CHILD CARE

We plan to offer childcare during the 4.5 days of ESWW2023 (from November 20 morning to November 24 midday 2023).

Through this questionnaire, we would like to anticipate the number and age of the children likely to be concerned: ChildCare Survey

The deadline for the ChildCare Survey completion is 29th June 2023, included.

In order to facilitate your arrival at ESWW 2023, the organisers have called on Groupcorner to provide you with a reservation platform for your accommodation in Toulouse at negotiated rates. We recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible. Toulouse is a busy place!
