Dear colleagues,

This is a gentle reminder regarding the European Space Weather Week 2023, which will be held in Toulouse, France 20-24 November 2023.

The deadline for submission of abstracts for late posters and the early-bird registration has been extended to the 13th of September 2023 (23:59 CEST).

a) Booth at the Space Weather Fair: the fair is an opportunity for academics, scientists, and companies, non-academics, clients, and service providers to showcase their activities and learn what there is to know in the field of Space Weather.

b) Booth for Project Demo/Tutorials over multiple days: (new option) for those wishing to run project demonstrations and tutorials over multiple days in addition to the Space Weather Fair (if you have already booked a booth at the Space Weather Fair we can add that option).

ESWW2023 CHILDCARE deadline: 13th of September 2023 (23:59 CEST)

We plan to offer childcare during the 4.5 days of ESWW2023. Through this questionnaire, we would like to anticipate the number and age of the children likely to be concerned: ChildCare Survey
