ESWW2023 REGISTRATION NOW OPEN !

Registration to ESWW 2023 and its satellite events (E-SWAN school, Mini-ISWAT, and E-SWAN Sustainability Workshop) is now open and must be done exclusively online through: https://esww2023.org/registration-form

Please read the instructions (https://esww2023.org/registration) carefully before starting your registration as they provide important information on satellite events, remote participation, social activities, discounts, etc...  The deadline for early bird registration to ESWW 2023 is 10th September 2023, included
 

SATELLITE EVENTS

Three meetings are organized before the main ESWW 2023 conference in the same conference venue: Mini-ISWAT, E-SWAN School and E-SWAN Sustainability Workshop. You will find a description of these events at this link: https://esww2023.org/satellite-events-before-esww-2023 (+ links to the event webpages). Satellite events are open to all, registration to these events is done through the general ESWW 2023 registration form. Note that the E-SWAN school is limited to 40 participants: 25 young scientists will be selected in a first round of applications, including 5 students from DAC-listed countries (see conditions below) and 15 places are open to all participants (priority given to ESWW attendees) on a first come first served basis through the general ESWW registration form.

ESWW2023 FINANCIAL SUPPORT

We offer financial support to young scientists to attend the ESWW 2023 and the E-SWAN school in two ways:

    Financial support is provided to 5 participants from the DAC-listed countries (registration and/or accommodation): deadline for application is 29th of June 2023. Please refer to the dedicated page: submit your application for financial support.

    In order to maximise attendance by young scientists of both the E-SWAN school and the ESWW, we provide free accommodation (8 nights maximum: from Thursday 16th of November to Friday 24th of November) to 20 students/young scientists who are selected to attend the E-SWAN school AND submit an abstract (oral or poster) to the ESWW 2023. To apply for this support, you need to apply to the first round of application to the E-SWAN school before 29th of June. Notification of acceptance of your application will be sent out during the first weeks of July. Additional financial support may be announced early July depending on the evolution of the ESWW budget.

We strongly encourage students and young scientists to apply in this first round of application so that the organisers can evaluate the general demand for financial support to attend E-SWAN school and the ESWW.

ESWW2023 CALL-FOR-TOPICAL DISCUSSION MEETINGS

The submission system to propose a topical discussion meeting (TDM) is now open. The submission system with details and instructions is available here:

In order to facilitate your arrival at ESWW 2023, the organisers have called on Groupcorner to provide you with a reservation platform for your accommodation in Toulouse at negotiated rates. We recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible. Toulouse is a busy place!

CHILDCARE SURVEY!
