Postdoc position in Florence on Modelling Interplanetary Coronal Mass Ejections

Dear colleagues,

I am writing to advertise a postdoc position at the University of Florence as part of the PRIN2022 project entitled "Modelling Interplanetary Coronal Mass Ejections", with an imminent deadline, October 25th.

The project aims at understanding the propagation of Coronal Mass Ejections in the heliosphere, their interaction with the solar wind and their role in particle acceleration, using MHD numerical simulations and some in-situ data analysis.

The contract is for 1 year, renewable for another year, starting in early December 2023, and will be integrated with a mobility contribution for applicant from abroad.
